Under the condition of full-load production of the existing liquid epoxy resin plant, the Ministry proposes to carry out flexible transformation, to produce liquid epoxy resin products in the o-Cresol-Formaldehyde epoxy resin plant with an annual output of 10,000 tons, and to increase the production of liquid epoxy resin by "nesting eggs".
The flexible revamping of o-Cresol-Formaldehyde epoxy resin plant started in September last year was carried out by the Ministry. The existing o-Cresol-Formaldehyde epoxy resin plant was utilized to carry out relevant revamping of the plant production line without changing the main equipment and ensuring normal production. The revamped plant can produce two kinds of products, o-cresol formaldehyde and liquid epoxy resin, according to the market and user's demand. The project was handed over at the end of May, and was confirmed by the Operating Department and the company's operating conditions in early June. The project was put into operation smoothly on June 13.
The resin operation center of the Ministry cooperates with the technical development room to complete the technical transformation, strengthen the post training, organize the staff to learn the new post knowledge after the transformation, increase the frequency of on-site inspection, strengthen the detection and analysis of key production parameters such as filter pressure and flow, real-time monitoring, quickly rectify the problems found, and guarantee The device operates smoothly.
